Get startedI’m Beehjae Tacderas. I spent 14+ years designing and delivering enterprise workflow systems—especially case management and dispute handling—across major banks and insurance organizations.
A lot of my work lived where software meets operations: production stability, edge cases, integrations, and making sure workflows don’t collapse under exceptions. Examples include dispute/fraud case types, production remediation on broken flows/assignments, and integration-heavy “one-stop” work hubs (SSO + APIs).
I’ve held multiple Pega certifications from System Architect to Lead, and I’ve built in domains in retail banking and insurance claims/policy lifecycle.
Today, I’m applying the same workflow-first thinking to modern builds (web apps, automation, data systems, and LLM-assisted workflows). Same mission, newer tools.
